PERSONALIZATION REQUIRED:

The name of the recipient must be included on autograph. Sorry no unpersonalized 8x10 autographs. If a name isn't provided, Ms. Eden will personalize autograph to the name on your account or, at store's discretion, the order will be cancelled. Please confirm that you've entered the correct name and spelling of that name for personalization, and then click "Save" before adding the item to your cart. No refunds will be given to customers that provided the wrong name and/or an incorrect spelling.

NO inscription requests. Ms. Eden will sign inscription of her choice. Do NOT add a custom inscription request in the personalization field below. Any inscription request in the personalization field will NOT be honored; this is not a cause for a refund.

THIS ITEM CAN TAKE 4-6 WEEKS TO SHIP:

Each autographed item is hand-signed and personalized by Barbara Eden. Due to Barbara's busy schedule and the high demand for autographs, this personalized item can take 4 to 6 weeks to ship. After shipment, delivery date depends on shipment's delivery address, as well as the shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery can take longer around holidays and/or if ordering customer (or their gift recipient's) mailing address is outside of the United States. Customers shipping to an international address (outside of the US) are responsible for paying any customs fees/duties. All autograph orders, once shipped, include a tracking number so ordering customer can track order to their (or their gift recipient's) delivery address. If you need an autograph by a certain date, please contact BarbaraEden.net Customer Service before ordering to confirm that your request/delivery date can be accommodated.

WATERMARK:

"Barbara Eden Her Official Store" watermark will not be printed on actual autographed 8x10.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:

There are no refunds or exchanges on this item due to the fact that each autographed 8x10 is personalized.

OPTIONAL - ADD A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY ("COA") FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE:

Barbara Eden signs each 8x10 photo and each BarbaraEden.net order comes with a receipt which states what item(s) were purchased by the customer, which serves as further proof that this is an authentic Barbara Eden autograph purchased directly from Barbara Eden's Official Store. Also on the back of each autographed photo is a sticker that says this is an authentic autograpph.

For most collectors, that's enough; however, we understand that some autograph collectors would like to purchase an additional Certificate of Authenticity, which states this is a genuine Barbara Eden autograph. For those collectors, we added the option to add a COA for an additional fee. It is NOT mandatory to purchase a COA; each photo is hand-signed by Barbara Eden, herself, regardless of whether a COA add-on is purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: The Certificate of Authenticity must be purchased at the same time as the autographed 8x10! We cannot retroactively generate one for you as the authenticator puts a photo of the actual item you're receiving on the COA.

	Gift Wrap Option 1: Your 8x10 will be placed in a 2 mil polypropylene soft sleeve. This soft sleeve is then slipped inside a 15 mil rigid plastic top loader. Gift wrapped 8x10 will then be shipped in either a box or envelope. Packing slip inside will include prices for US orders; if you'd prefer we leave the prices off the slip, let us know during checkout. For International orders, sorry, but we have to put the prices on the packing slip.
	Gift Wrap Option 2 (US Orders Only): Your 8x10 will be placed in a 2 mil polypropylene soft sleeve and then wrapped in pink tissue paper inside a beautiful black gift box. Box is wrapped with a silver satin bow and has a hanging gift tag. Gift tag says "A Gift for You" on front side. Back side has a space to fill in whom the gift is "To" and whom the gift is "From." (If mailing directly to the recipient, please let Customer Service know and we will fill out the To/From for you. Otherwise, we will leave it blank for you to fill in yourself.) Gift wrapped 8x10 will be shipped in a postal box. Packing slip inside postal box will NOT include prices.
	Gift Wrap Option 3 (US Orders Only): Your 8x10 will be placed in a 2 mil polypropylene soft sleeve, then slipped into a 15 mil clear, thin, and rigid plastic top loader. We will then wrap that top loader in beautiful wrapping paper with a stretch loop and gift tag. Gift tag says "A Gift for You" on front side. Back side has a space to fill in whom the gift is "To" and whom the gift is "From." (If mailing directly to the recipient, please let Customer Service know and we will fill out the To/From for you. Otherwise, we will leave it blank for you to fill in yourself.) Gift wrapped 8x10 will be shipped in a postal box. Packing slip inside postal box will NOT include prices.
