US Holiday Shipping Information
While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, for the holidays, we are packaging and fulfilling orders as quickly as possible and getting them to one of our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for delivery to the address you provided during checkout. To help in ensuring that the items reach you by Christmas, please order your gifts by the dates on this page. All items shipped within the US are shipped with tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: The following dates apply to orders shipped to addresses in the US. Military and international orders may be subject to customs and you should look at those shipping deadline pages for more info. Ordering deadlines apply to items marked "In Stock" only!! Sorry, but there is no guarantee for delivery to PO Boxes. Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays in delivery to a US address by December if a payment for the order is still pending. We are NOT responsible for delays due to weather conditions and/or other carrier unforeseen operational delays. If you live in a remote area or other area that is usually impacted by severe weather during December, we suggest you order earlier than the cutoff date.

For all "In Stock," Personalized items, the following cut-off dates apply:

+ Fan Club Memberships also include one year of fan club only e-mail blasts (with coupons), which begin immediately upon purchase UNLESS it's a gift membership. If it's a gift membership, then e-mail blasts will begin on December 26th, unless purchasing customer has requested otherwise.
US Orders: "In Stock" & Non-Personalized Items
For all "In Stock," Non-Personalized items, it depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. If you are in a remote area or area impacted by severe weather conditions, please order at least 1-2 business days earlier. If your order includes an "Out of Stock," "Backordered," or "Personalized" item, it will not be sent until ALL items in your order are ready, so please order such items in a separate shipment to ensure "In Stock" and "Non-personalized" items arrive to you by Christmas.
