Shipping & Delivery Overview

All orders are subject to verification. As a result, most packages are generally mailed out within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature*. (Personalized autographed items take longer to mail out as Ms. Eden has to both sign and personalize them.)

*If you prefer delivery with a required signature, please contact customer service ahead of time. An extra charge may apply. (Packages over a certain value may be required to have a signature, if so, there is no additional charge for this service.)

If you need an item by a certain time, please contact BarbaraEden.net Customer Service ahead of time to ensure we can meet your deadline.

Regardless of shipping method, BarbaraEden.net Customer Service will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online. This number will be available after the item ships. Frequency of tracking number updates varies by carrier and it may take 1-2 days for tracking information to be available immediately after an item ships. (International items may NOT be trackable once they leave the US, but, if necessary, we can file an enquiry to track a missing item down.)

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight or value of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. In the unlikely event where an item is damaged or lost, please see FAQ for more info on getting a replacement or refund (if applicable). Please verify your address is correct before paying for your purchase via Paypal; we are not responsible for items that go missing due to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.


How Shipping Rates are Determined

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. Shipping and handling charges are subject to tax in certain jurisdictions. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change as shipping carriers increase their rates or as BarbaraEden.net negotiates better rates. Please see charts below for current rates.


Potential Carrier Delays

During checkout, you will see delivery estimates for certain items. These estimates are generally accurate for all in stock items that are either not signed -or- signed but not personalized. (Personalized autograph items will take longer as Ms. Eden needs time to both sign and personalize those items.) We do everything we can to get your orders where they need to be on time. Occasionally, due to the high volume of online shopping, delays might occur with our shipping partners. We truly appreciate your patience! In the unlikely event where an item is damaged or lost, please see FAQ for more info on getting a replacement or refund (if applicable). Backordered Items in -or- Multiple Shipments for one Order

If items within an order are backordered, your order will ship when all items are available. You can contact Customer Service if you'd like to pay extra to have the order shipped in more than one shipment.

At BarbaraEden.net's discretion, certain items may have to be shipped in more than one package. If this is the case, there will be no additional cost to you. You will be notified if this happens and provided tracking for each shipment.


Important Information for International Orders

All shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. BarbaraEden.net does not collect the VAT, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Any customs and duties fees or taxes are the responsibility of the purchasor.

Furthermore, please be aware that the items in your order must not be prohibited by embargo or international restrictions. BarbaraEden.net is not responsible for orders confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state and we suggest you check with your local customs office regarding import laws before you place your order. BarbaraEden.net does not offer refunds for orders confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state.


APO, DPO and FPO Addresses

All packages are sent via USPS. Order will usually arrive within 21 business days after item ships. Please follow the USPS's Guidelines for APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Also familiarize yourself with applicable mailing restrictions. BarbaraEden.net is not responsible for items that are undeliverable due to mailing restrictions.


BarbaraEden.net does NOT currently ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Antarctica, Austria, Belarus, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Islands, Cocos Island, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, France, French Southern Territories, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Heard & McDonald Islands, Iran, Libya, Lithuania, Mayotte, Myanmar (Burma), Nauru, Nigeria, Niue, North Korea, Palestinian Territory, Occupied, Pitcairn Island, Poland, Russia, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Sao Tome and Principe, Slovakia, Somalia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Sudan, Svalbard Jan Mayen Island, Syrian Arabic Republic, Tokelau, Ukraine, Western Sahara, Yemen

UKRAINE, BELARUS, & RUSSIA (2022): Due to the ongoing conflict, BarbaraEden.net can't currently ship to mailing addresses in Ukraine, Belarus, or Russia as shipping carriers have temporarily suspended operations to these countries. We will resume fulfilling orders for customers in that area when we are able to do so. We appreciate your understanding. Stay safe. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

GERMANY: Due to the recent expansion of the German Packaging Act (Verpackungsgesetz or VerpackG), BarbaraEden.net has temporarily suspended shipping to Germany as there is no cost effective way to ship products at this time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience this causes Ms. Eden's fans with a German mailing address.

AUSTRIA, FRANCE, GREECE, & POLAND: Due to current packaging laws, BarbaraEden.net has temporarily suspended shipping to these countries as there is no cost effective way to ship products at this time.
